Friendly Community Apartment Homes

I have been here for 2 years and it has been wonderful. The community itself is friendly, which is nice because it lives up to the name. The management company has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t addressed immediately. Each and everyone I have dealt with has been just absolutely great. I am so glad to be here.

I called this place home for 2 years and never had any issues. The only reason I left was that I needed to be closer to work but the people there are great and you can't hear anyone around you unless they are in the halls / directly outside your window which wasn't very often or much of a bother. I've always heard good things about Picerne but when I moved in, I was still pleased at how quickly things were fixed whenever I had to contact property management. Josh the assistant property manager is awesome as well as the rest of the team but he is definitely an asset to the company!

Just finished my 1 year lease with Friendly Community. It was absolutely the worst experience for a young professional like myself. I kid you not when I say my neighbors and many other building tenants were on social security or other sorts of government aid. Wouldn’t normally be a problem, except these folks were an exception. They were constantly intoxicated in communal areas and on drugs (specifically heroin). LITERAL drug deals were happening in my hallway. Constant yelling and doors slamming. The walls are so thin I can hear someone sneeze downstairs/ next door. I couldn’t wait for my lease to end that I moved into another apartment before my lease was even over and paid rent to friendly community for months even though my unit was vacant. Trust me it was worth it. This place is TOXIC
