landlords of hamiltonian apartments and company they work for (frieman realty) yell and hang up on you any time you call about an issue. they also refuse to repair a lot of things in the apartments, including black mold in the bathroom that has simply been caulked over many times and massive flooding in the windows every time it rains because of bent gutters overflowing. it usually takes a certified letter with return receipt requested tp receive even the smallest amount of assistance. even then, repairs are superficial and the complex itself is very dilapidated. no problem presenting rent increases every year, though.

This property is infested with bed bugs and the office lady that works there Carlene is nasty not professional. I would give them 0 stars
