Working with Benjamin Garcia was a great experience! My uncle gave me his name as a reference when my wife & I moved into town. Benjamin is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He worked late to draft documentation for us when we bought our current home and was ALWAYS willing to assist and answer every question that we had. We are now currently in process of selling that home & are closing. He has been just as good with our sale & I cannot recommend him enough! He genuinely has integrity and does everything he can to make a buyer/seller achieve what they are looking for!!

Poor company to work with, and even worse realtor in Jason Ferris. He lied through his teeth about the clients he represented, he even went as far as to falsely claim to us that his clients were getting a divorce when he, nor his clients were responding to us. Through his and his companies sheer negligence, disorganization, and incompetence; he managed to turn a 3 week escrow to a two month escrow. When I asked my realtor friends what his deal is, they assured me this was a normal occurrence when dealing with him and he was mainly motivated to close escrows on his bigger properties. Running into all these problems from a listing agent and his company, I really cant help but to feel for the people we bought the house from. At the same time, I am very grateful this dude wasn't our realtor

Jason and his amazing staff helped my family buy and sell a property. We chose his team because of his 13+ years of experience and his obvious success!! All I really need to say though is when selling our home he was able to close the deal at 16K above asking price with multiple offers and when purchasing we closed at 30k under asking and of course they handled everything smoothly in-between!! Corrie on his staff is amazingly attentive, helpful and easy to talk too!! On top of that we received an amazing Closing Gift! Couldn't have imagined a better scenario when buying and selling!!

Utilized FresYes for purchasing my home. Unfortunately, the realtor that was recommended had vacation around the time we were looking so she passed us along to a different one by the name of Sarah. It was our first home, we were naive. During escrow, all entities that performed inspections were provided by FresYes. 6 months into the home we began experiencing plumbing and electrical issues. Discovered there were exposed wire through out attic. All necessary plumbing, electrical and hVac work that needed to be done well over thousands of dollars. Fortunately the home didn't catch fire before we caught it! Went back to freyes to confront their inspector. He did not take any accountability.
