My fiance and I were looking for a home for well over 3 months in a housing market that had very low inventory and a lot of buyers. Jose was always quick to respond for showings when I found a home I wanted to see. I felt Jose was extremely difficult to work with. He was the property manager for a house we were renting. Responses were not in an appropriate time frame for urgent issues, and he made it very difficult coming to the end of our lease as he tried to cancel our lease termination agreement since he was not happy with us. Jose had entered the home twice without knocking with no mask and no proper notification . Glad to be done with the lease; I felt bad for the owner who had to deal with all the headaches caused.
