Freehold capital management is a greedy company who only cares about the dollar. They developed our community in Hendersonville, TN and originally sold us on a community that included many things including estate lots in their plan. It was a bait and switch and after hundreds of homeowners invested into the community, they changed the estate lots to a “rental only” section while 95 percent of the homeowners begged against. This change at the expense of the homeowners was to earn more reoccurring revenue in their own pocket. Greed, greed, greed and lies with terrible communication. Not to be trusted.
