The Lofts have been an amazing place to live clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for such a convenient location. The apartments feel spacious and well-designed, and the community areas are always kept in great condition. But the real highlight is the management, especially Nancy. She’s incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just making sure everyone feels comfortable, she consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend The Lofts, not just for the great living space, but for the outstanding support Nancy provides. She makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Lived here for a few months now and I’ve had a great experience. Nancy is genuinely amazing with her tenants, responsive, understanding, and easy to work with. Whatever issues tenants had with past management, Nancy really turned things around. Ricardo is also great, he goes above and beyond and puts pride in his work. We also have an HPD Officer living on property, he don't mess with no body but it gives us that peace of mind. My wife and I are very happy and comfortable in our apartment.

I’ve had an amazing experience with my property manager Ms Nancy . She always professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Mari I never saw you here & the things you said seems someone told you to just randomly post that. I knew it was fraud when you said Cassandra name because she never once sat in the seat Nancy is in. She was very rude person, gave race vibes anytime she came on property & lied like she was the boss of Mercy. All she did was ran residents & staff off.. I’ve seen Nancy send email to corporate about a lot of issues & got things done. we can’t point fingers at the office staff because they doesn’t own the property nor can control what goes on after hours behind there back. If anyone throwing trash on ground that just says that person in nasty in general. Nancy is the third office staff to come so that should tell you it’s not there fault it’s at the top.. When we moved in, we were promised a teacher & a military discount for our rent. Never got it. We walked into our apt. covered in spiders & cobwebs. Immediately, we also noticed other issues in our Apt: Our ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working, and several cabinet shelves were broken. We reported all of this right away, but management didn’t even give us a chance to document these problems on the apartment move-in sheet that records any damage or issues. They assured us everything would be fixed, but no one ever followed up. Water Issues: The water pressure has been terrible, with only a slight trickle from the taps. To make matters worse, we had to endure freezing cold showers for over a month. We reported this issue multiple times, but management didn’t take us seriously, insisting
