Freedom Title Services, LLC - Hendersonville

I am sure this title company does great work, but absolutely fell short in my case from a client experience perspective. I was under contract for purchase since 6/4/2025 and closing on 7/8/2025; I did not hear from the title company until 7/2/2025 where I received numerous phone calls within an hour telling me I need to call back before 2pm local (3pm my time) before they are out of office for 4 days to have an on time closing. Where was the communications prior? Not once was there any outreach via call or email. In addition, the title company nor lender did not inform me that we could not have a non borrowing persons on the title and have the title as joint ownership. I have worked with numerous title companies on home purchases and refinances for my own loans, not to mention the hundred
