We’ve had a great experience with Freedom Property Management and the home owners. Every time we have had a maintenance issue, they work quickly to resolve it. They don’t pop in without notifying you they will be coming which we appreciate as we value our privacy. Everything is handled professionally through the tenant portal. We’ve been here for 2 years and just renewed the lease for another year and couldn’t be happier!

They dont take care of their homes. My family members lived there and the AC NEVER worked. No matter how many times they sent someone. They were perfectly fine with letting my baby nephew swelter in the summer heat. The porchs are infested with hornets and carpenter bees. DO NOT RENT.

Amber has been a gem. I currently own 2 rental properties. One Down in North Carolina and one in my home state of Maryland. My Maryland management team has been a pain, hard to communicate with and charge outrageous maintenance fees for simple repairs. Amber and her company have been the total opposite. She finds reasonably priced contractors, has assisted me in doing an appraisal to cash out refinance, and because of her I want to focus my portfolio more in NC then my own home state of Maryland. I have that much trust in her work. I would recommend her to any property owner looking to rent their home. Thank you for everything.
