Please review the phone call today at approximately 12:15pm .loan advisor Marian Bandy is the most arrogant , narcissist by far. I requested to speak to the escrow dept several times and this guy would not accept that I did not want an account overview nor to refinance . Spoke to me as if I were a child , emailed me back after I requested not to be contacted stating “Be blessed ma’am” I then had to email him again and state STOP . Something needs to be done regarding their aggressive and rude tactics not to mention disrespecting customers . Do not conduct business with this Creep.
