Anthony did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took a lot of pictures and had details in his report that was useful in the disclosure process. I'm in the process of buying my first home, and I need an inspection to be done ASAP. I called up Freedom Home Inspection to talked to Anthony. He showed up early Sunday morning and got it done by the time he quoted me. He's very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and pay great attention to details. He's friendly, easy to talk to, he took the time to explain each issue he found, what it meant, and make recommendation. he eager to answer any questions and concerns I had. He also has the report done on the same day. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.

Anthony is great. He did an inspection on a home I intended to purchase and he found a huge issue with the deck. Missing flashing caused major water damage to the floor joist under the house. This problem was difficult to see but Anthony caught it. This would have cost me thousands to repair. Thankfully that did not happen. Anthony takes pride in his work, takes his time to explain everything to you and he’s a nice guy. I would hire him again without hesitation.
