Don't bother living here. First of all, you cannot look at the place before you move in. You have to take their word that it's heaven on earth. The water is shared by the entire unit, they will tell you different. If your vehicle does not fit into the tiny garage, they will ask you if you tried backing it in. What? Visitor parking is terrible. Tell your friends to come in one (small) car. When you vacate, don't bother cleaning the place that well, they'll keep your security deposit no matter what. They will also try to make you pay for damages not caused by you (carpets). This is how some businesses operate. It's a shame the government allows such behavior.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The apartments are a great size, the amenities are immense, and the staff is above and beyond helpful. It’s a quiet community and everyone is super friendly. I am so excited to be a part of it.

I would advise living elsewhere. We've had nothing but issues, the apartments are not well insulated by any means, our electric bill to maintain 70 degrees in the summer for 8 hours a day was over 180 dollars on average. Now in the winter, because of the same insulation, were over 160 on gas. With rent being over 1500 dollars at the minimum one would expect for window seals to be replaced when bad, door sweeps to be replaced before moving in and generally for maintenance to be more cooperative towards this matter. When brought up to maintenance it was made to be our fault for wanting to have a 70 degrees apartment in the summer, and they did nothing to fix the issue. I've reached out to management about issues with neighbor parking, to no success. They never even followed up. Circling back

I've been living here for almost 4 years with my wife and it's definitely the best home experience of my life. We currently rent our 2 BR/BA single level home. The only finger we lift for maintenance of any type is to use the phone contacting the management office and they respond immediately. Lawn care/maintenance is done on a weekly basis without fail. Snow removal from driveway and walkways is done usually within the day sfter a snowfall.
