We’re still in the building process with Fredonia Builders and I am very pleased with the progress. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the materials used are top quality. Communication is key to a successful building experience and our questions are almost always answered within hours. The builder is on-site with the sub-contractors making sure the work is done to the high expectations that both we and the builder have. It is not often that you come across a company and the people that work there to both be great! That is exactly the case when it comes to Fredonia Builders. When I originally contacted them we set a time and date for our initial appointment. They showed up early and were completely professional and ultimately did exactly what they said they would. Work was incredible, and the job site was ALWAYS left very clean at the end of the day. The owner was very determined to stay on track of dates and timelines as well as keeping her sub-contractors on point at all times. We have built several homes over our life and this was by far the best and easiest we have ever encountered. Fredonia Builders LLC built my custom DREAM home for me in 2019-2020, in Fredonia Mountain Nature Resort, outside of Dunlap, TN. Even after three years of living in this house, I marvel EVERY DAY at how beautiful it is, and how well built it is. My dad was a superior builder, and he would have been so proud of the quality of construction of this house. Materials used were top notch; the labor was outstanding. I often joke that I have the straightest walls in the Southeastern United States! Lisa received her contractor's license during the construction of my home, and I'm proud to recommend her to anyone interested.

In 2021, Fredonia Builders custom built us a beautiful mountain home. The crew was very meticulous and exhibited excellent craftsmanship. They worked diligently to complete our home in the allotted timeframe. We are pleased to say that we have not had any issues since we moved in.

Building a home is monumental. Thousands of peices and parts as well as hundreds of people all working on a project outside in all kids of weather conditions. Fredonia wears thier heart on their sleeve. And you will be part of the process for all the sucesses as well as the tough decisions.
