Frederick Gardens Apartments

Since Jessica started, she has done so much! She has only been here for a month but I can already see the difference. She so kind and has the best energy! So glad she came

I’ve been here for two years they are very good with communication and they work with me all the time it’s a very nice quiet place not too much happens around here. Phillip is my dawg he does good work out here. Every problem I had out here in my apartment the maintenance guys always got me right I really like it out here.

What I like to say on behalf of Frederick gardens management is that they are just absolutely spectacular. Ms.Teresa and Mr. Phillip continually works hard every month to make sure that I am able to keep a roof over me and my children's heads. I have been living here for about 7 months now and there is hardly any problems inside of the apartment and I have no bugs!! On top of that she works with me in ways that showed me that she actually care about me having a roof over my head for my children. Employees are always very respectful and they're never lacking in anything if I have to call for maintenance problems. I would definitely recommend my friends or family to come and get an apartment here.

My mother and I have enjoyed living here but I would much appreciate cameras in the courtyard of our area and something to be done about the people who do not clean up after their dogs. Its a horrid smell on the warmer days going just to my mailbox. Im afraid that either other animals or the kids will get sick from the feces that are just being left everywhere. Just this morning I saw a large pile in the middle of the yard that was just left there. No clean up. Plus the neighbors upstairs seem to not care about the rest and health of others when their fights and smoke from whatever they are smoking makes me, my cat and my mother sick.
