Franklin Square

I have to say after almost 7 years of being here, and calling this place my home,I’ve gotten the most accomplished in a very long time, Thanks so much to ladies in the office with helping me with the resources that I needed before walking out of the office, when I say I was so happy I was happy. After surviving two heart attacks, what we don’t need is more stress added on to what we already have and I was very stressed over my place, I felt the weight off my shoulders when I left the Rental Office I just wanna say thank you so much for working with me during this time and helping huge Thank You to Nadia

Updated Review: It has been almost one year since I’ve called Franklin Square home. Like anywhere, there have been ups and downs, but every mishap has been resolved with grace and outstanding assistance. Ms. Nadia, Ms. Dena, and the entire maintenance staff have been absolutely amazing. Whenever I have an issue, they are attentive, and whenever I have a question, they are knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the team. I look forward to another year here at Franklin Square Apartments. Thank you all again for everything!

This review is only based on the Glenn the maintenance guy. He’s very friendly and gets every job I need done. I will leave a full review on this location when I leave.

I used to love living here. But for the past two years or so, it was taken over by New management. They immediately raised our water bill from $30 a month to almost $100 a month. The old management company had a person that would come around the neighborhood each morning to pick up any trash so the neighborhood would stay nice This management company does not do this, and there is a huge problem with the overflow of trash from the dumpster. Also, the kids in the neighborhood trash the neighborhood with water bottles and other trash. There is a light post at the end of the area where I live that barely ever works. Staff here are accommodating, friendly, informative and made sure i had all the information i needed which made move in a breeze!
