Happy to see they finally have a great maintenance guy! Broderick such knows his stuff! Doesn't take him long to get the job done, need more dedicated people like him, good help sure is hard to find!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Franklin Pointe is easily one of the worst apartments on the east side. I lived here for two years, and the only positives were Rodney (maintenance) and the location. Everything else is a disaster. This place used to be a hotel—and it shows. The ventilation is terrible, the layout is awful, and mildew grew on my clothes because of it. I had ceiling leaks from the unit above, roaches coming out of the walls, and the plumbing was shut off for hours almost every other month. Management is the real problem. They “lost” my rent (and other tenants’), mishandled my security deposit, and made me wait 20 extra days for my money. Their response to everything is nonchalant and dismissive as if they’re not the ones responsible. People above my unit would scream and argue AT THE TOP

I've never seen more roaches in my life. I've seen german, brown banded, and American in BOTH of the buildings I've lived in here. Management will lie to you and do whatever they can to get money out of you. Don't move here, im begging you
