There was a lady on the front desk and anytime when somebody call her and she not talking as a human being. She disrespect everybody and I think she’s super rude.

Liz Pavia was NOT a pleasant individual to work with AT ALL. Myself & my husband are hard working individuals. Despite the fact our credit history is not that great; due to hitting hard times in the past, we lived off credit cards paying our bills, buying food, paying rent. When things got a little better, we both had to get not one, but two vehicles, due to our old cars no longer working. Fast forward, he currently makes well over 3 times the rent at over 6 figures. STAY AWAY We rented a single family home from them in york county. I will say I want to give 1.5 stars as the only saving grace was the price was reasonable. The property was very dirty when we moved in; had not been vacuumed or swept, water on floor, and dead roaches. The refrigerator was filthy, broken, and full of standing water. Gutters had plants growing in them and trash piled up on the side of the house. We actually had to hire professional cleaners. Roaches were an issue. 1 inch gaps under doors easily let them in and rotting wood attracted them. Management told us that pest control was our responsibility and that we should “Just be glad we don’t live in Florida”. Roach problem disappeared after pressing them to replace the door for 8 months. We have been leasing a commercial property from Frank & Shapiro for just oven four years now. Have nothing but good things to say. Mr. Frank always takes the time to speak with us at any time. Very pleased with this company.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have used them for 17yrs both commercially and residentially. very fair-what ever lease is in place they ensure its followed actually protecting both landlord and tenants from overstepping . They have looked out for my properties from top to bottom-when I was deployed to the desert 6,000 miles away had some non paying tenant issues- it was adroitly handled. I now live out of state and when a snow plow is needed for a surprise snow fall, a lawn care "no- show " issue etc. they have me covered. Additionally as a 3rd generation company in the area they know how things work. An example, my parking lot needed to be repaved, because city garbage trucks transited my lot they negotiated with the city to pay for half the cost. could not recommend more
