Frank Property Management

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Frank Property Management. We hired Frank as our first property management company after previously managing our single-family home rental ourselves. Our home had been recently remodeled, with relatively new paint and appliances. Mario initially made a very positive impression — he was personable, confident, and assured us he would handle everything. We clearly discussed expectations around communication and transparency, which unfortunately were not upheld. Shortly after onboarding, Mario requested approximately $5,000 to prepare the home for rental (painting, cleaning, and other maintenance). I used Frank Property Management to manage my rental property. Mario and his staff were great. They always had my apartment rented out, were efficient with turn-over from one tenant to another, and on top of any repairs that needed to be done. Mario knows the rental market and arranges good and fair rent prices. The tenants were always happy with how my apartment was managed by Frank Properties. I highly recommend Frank Property Management if you are a tenant or if you want someone to manage your rental property.

I absolutely loved living here! The apartment was in a gorgeous brownstone and quickly became one of my favorite places I’ve ever rented. The location in Mt. Vernon was perfect—close to everything but still full of charm and character. Management was always super nice and responsive, which made the whole experience even better.
