Franciscus Homes, Inc. has exceeded my expectations. Their homes are well-built and look beautiful, the floor plans are well-designed, and features such as placement of outlets and electrical switches are well thought-out. Moreover, the individuals who work with Franciscus Homes — from the onsite representatives to construction workers to those in charge of management and customer service — are phenomenal. They have been extremely helpful and courteous, and obviously have a sense of pride in creating a beautiful community made up of quality homes. I couldn’t be happier that I bought a home from Franciscus Homes.

Franciscus Homes builds a quality home and is a pleasure to work with. I'm thrilled with the many upgrades that were included in our new home. The team also worked like it was their own house in order to get us in before the holidays! I can't praise them enough!

I recently purchased am amazing condo within a new Williamsburg community that was built by Franciscus Homes. Everything looks amazing and they have taken good care of me as a customer throughout the closing process. I also was a renter within a community they built a few years ago in Williamsburg (Claiborne), and that was all around a great town home and property.

Franciscus Homes built Harbor Walk II off Shore Drive in Norfolk, 1/2 mile east of Little Creek Road and the JEB Navy base.The last homes were built at the end of 2014. I discovered after the warranty of one year was up-- about March 2016-- that my electrical wiring did not follow Norfolk City Code in regard to the series (or order) that the outlets followed. Many other residents have expressed the same issue. This poor work results in only one of each outlets working, instead of both. Where was the Norfolk Building Inspector when he looked at the open wiring before the walls were sheetrocked.? Also ALL front porch ceiling lights are fixtures made for the INSIDE of a home- not for use in the ceiling of a porch. My outdoor fixture rusted and had to be replaced with a fixture truly made

the staff was very friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way for you. treated very well and the quality of my home is made well . during final walk thru everything even the smallest wee taken care of before we moved in . thanks
