Francis Rental

I actually have a friend that lives there and nothings getting worked on in the already lives ones. Not only that the landlord or landlords will constantly threaten you over anything. If you’re just a couple days behind they’ll add another $100 where you can’t get caught up. If you have people that live the house they’ll start fights with them over something so lil. If nothing goes there way they evict you and call people N***** and anything else in the book. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s just not a good environment for families or anyone that has health problems. Or in any other problem that’s either health, physical or mental.

Horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent there constantly police going over there. Then that's not including the roaches and bugs and them not fixing anything over there. It's not a safe place for children nor families

This place is always looking like it needs work done ..

This place should of been closed years ago. They don't do up keep very well the apartments have roaches an bed bugs.

Lived there before and I would recommend it for families. The maintenance on the home leave a lot to be desired.
