I purchased a property in Houston, TX through Francis Colonial Title from Kevin thibodeaux. I was told and understood that the mobile home located on the property was included in the purchase. After closing, the mobile home was repossessed because it had not been paid off. When I contacted the companies, instead of resolving the issue, I was told I had to pay an additional $12,700 plus taxes to get the same mobile home back. I have already paid over $8,000 toward this, and I was issued an invoice as if I were a new customer. This situation feels like fraud and misrepresentation. I was sold a property with the assurance that the mobile home was included, but later forced to pay thousands of dollars more for the same home. I am requesting a full resolution: Either deliver the mobile home
