Foxwood Apartments

Trinity assisted me with the application process and was helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I chose this place for the location (~5 min drive from everything you need on a daily basis), the w/d in-unit, and it being a dog friendly neighborhood. The open layout in the kitchen also sold me. So far, so good! Maintenance team comes in a timely manner and are very friendly. No pests seen so far except a house spider (Note: it’s also winter so we’ll see again in the hotter months). Location is safe and I got lucky as my neighbors are either very quiet or the walls are that good. Managers send out messages for any important announcements.

As a women I feel unsafe here the management had gave consent to maintenance to come into my home as I was naked taking a shower now everytime they ride by on their go carts smirking at me as I feel so much in disgust off the situation sadly & I was startled because I live alone. Very poor management she’s a older Spanish Lady with glasses that takes advantage if its a maintenance issue and will walk in your apartment without consent like she lives with you and sleep in the same bed as you a very mean outspoken woman.

Live here for a lease term and loved it. We only moved out to have a growing family. Had the one bed and one bath and loved it! The property was always clean and put together. When maintenance was needed they were very fast and responsive. Letha and Marcus were amazing! Pet friendly small and big! Convenient area and easy access to highway when needed. We got our move out summary/charges and only were charged the basics like painting and cleaning fee. Overall would definitely recommend this apartment building. Loved it while our time there!

Letha was over the top amazing as well as Marcus. Everytime I needed a service done it got done in a timely manner. Letha even stayed after hours to help me with a problem I had. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of were how many roaches there were. You could not leave one piece of food out without seeing at least like 10 roaches in the kitchen 30 minutes later. I even had to start leaving my kitchen trash can outside. I used roach bait, washed dishes every day and wiped the counter tops with bleach and never took food in any other room but they would not go away. But to be fair it is an apartment complex so if the other tenants around you aren’t keeping up with it then they probably will continue to be a problem. Other than that I didn’t have any problems and I really loved the lay out,

The staff was very home coming. Neighbors are really nice. We had to move out of state. We were sad to go. I recommend moving here.
