Foxwell Memorial Apartments

Setting aside the fact that the entire building reeks of a foul odor, is extremely dirty, is quite literally falling apart in most places. Setting all of that aside I had to move a family member out of his apartment in this building that he had there for over 20 years because he was dying of liver cancer lived alone and could no longer take care of himself. His rent was paid up to the date that I moved him out of there the woman who manages the property whose name is Robin I do not remember her last name new this man was dying and that he had to be moved into an assistant living facility everything was taken care of the way it should've been his rent had been paid that month even though he had only been in the apartment for around four days that month all of the proper paperwork was filled

You get what you pay for! Poor maintaince,2 elevator's only one works.they stoled my husband 's t.v. and other item's,after he passed away. And before we had time to get his belonging's,The apartment was not broken into a key was used and funny now the camera's don't work??

My friend is paraplegic and has been living here for a while and in the process his neighbor passed away and was in there for almost a month before someone found his body. I just totally felt that unacceptable because they have security officers that suppose to check the floors every so often.

This is a old building I really feel like it needs renovation but some people don't have anywhere to stay so if I were u I would be grateful
