Fox Ridge Apartments and Townhomes

Have lived at Fox ridge now for the last 8 months and are very satisfied with the town house we have . Was freshly paint and new flooring when we moved in all appliances is up to date and even when we had a an issue with the dishwasher they came the next day to fix it . The office personnel is great and very responsive when reaching out . Do absolutely love that they do the snow removal and lawn care . So in short term I would absolutely recommend renting from them

Our apartment at Fox Ridge is big, clean, comfortable and only ten years old with lots of amenities. We’re living here until we buy or build a house in the area and this gives us time to look for the perfect home. There is plenty of room for our furniture and our dog. We especially like the sidewalks and dog waste stations that are no more than a minute or two from our door. The neighbors are friendly and we feel safe here.

Very comfortable place to live. Management is always engaged in customer service activities. The maintenance crew is first rate. Only downside is a few residents who don’t care about their neighbor’s privacy. Probably the same issue in every rental community. Overall good value for the money.

I’ve lived at Fox Ridge for a little over 3 years now. The apartment was clean and newly carpeted when I first moved in and has been a haven from busy life over this time. The staff of Fox ridge is always attentive and eager to assist in any problem. I appreciate that pets are allowed and have two cats. I love having a small balcony and laundry units within my space. Eventually I will look for a home to own but for the time being I am proud to call Fox Ridge my home and am hesitant to leave because the staff is so kind.

We've been tenants at Fox Ridge for 2 years and we have loved calling it our home. The townhouse is spacious and has ample storage in the garage. The maintenance and office staff have been extremely helpful and prompt when needed. The lawns are well maintained, the snow is plowed promptly. The gym is a little small but at least we have it available 24/7. We have truly enjoyed living here.
