Fox Rest Apartments

Literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. Even the cabinets smell rotten. Black mold in the laundry room, broken glass and dirty underwear on the property. Management does not care if you live or die and maintenance never responds. Don’t move here unless you want a horrible, traumatic experience. Edit: They responded, and I just wanted to add a screenshot of the response to this post because it’s honestly laughable. Fox Rest - your negligence led to my apartment being flooded, which ruined hundreds of dollars of handmade costumes and other personal belongings. I had to live with mold poisoning due to the water damage while I was looking for a new place to live (naturally, they did not provide alternative housing accommodations), and you STILL charged me rent after accusing me o

I want to take a moment to express how delighted I am with the staff at Fox Rest apartments. I've been here for several years and have seen many changes in management and staff throughout my residency .The current staff members are the best. Leslie, Christen, Carl, and Dre are wonderful! Everyone is efficient, polite, and professional. Anytime there has been an issue, they make sure it's taken care of as quickly as possible. In the office Leslie and Christen are quick to address any concern I might have, and Carl and Dre do an amazing job handling maintenance requests for our community . I really appreciate everything that the staff at Fox Rest does, and I'm very happy in my apartment. Thank you guys!

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I wanna go back to the PJs. Management is neglectful and deceitful. Maintenance has always been a handful of dudes that do more catcalling than working. The place is infested with cockroaches and the cabinets are rotted out with water damage. I'm warning you.... Run, don't walk, away from this place. My fam won't even visit me here because of the condition of this apt.

I moved from this community back in April and unfortunately took longer than expected to write this review cause of the move and new job. I wish I could have done it sooner to try and save people's time and money from leasing with this company and community. They are constantly working on the water system (more times than not they won't alert you that it is happening). You could come home from work and have to wait tops two hours before the water is back on. Even after they finish working on the water, they still have issues with it and will be back again sometimes within a week. They are also constantly working on the heating and cooling systems year-round. There were a number of times where the heat stopped working and the only solution that they could come up with is to "loan" you

In the past, service at Fox Rest was slow and unsatisfactory. Whenever I called the office for assistance, no one would come to address my problems. This changed when 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐞 took over. Since their involvement, the service has significantly improved. Each of them performs their job perfectly, and whenever I request help with an issue in my apartment, service is now prompt, and the problems are resolved quickly. I am very grateful to everyone mentioned, as they have greatly enhanced my living experience at Fox Rest. If there was an option to make my review over five stars I would make it ten, because they are truly outstanding.
