***This review was put under Fox Real Estate in Ocean City by mistake. It was meant for Fox Realtors in Sea Isle City. If I could give 0 stars I would. We rented a 5 bedroom house for the week beginning Labor Day weekend and paid $5,000. We expected it to be ready for a family to cook meals and sleep in clean beds. Instead we found a small amount of cookware which was old and dirty with the teflon coming off and beds that were horrible with dirty blankets and pillows (luckily we had brought our own pillows). We also found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes that seemed to be there for some time, and the grill was very dirty. Rented 860 Brighton. Walked inside and the place smells of mold. There are 22 damp rid and odor canisters all over the house. 12 in one room alone. Two full bags of damp rid as well. Called fox to ask owners for a dehumidifier as a short term fix. Said there is not a problem, the owners put them in all their rental properties. Fox won't do anything to help. We're half a block from their office, asked them to come and check it out. Said no.

This real estate agency rented us a home for a week that had a glass smoking pipe that wreaked of weed left in the home. The home was a total slum, broken glass on the floor, broken door locks, outlet covers missing, etc. The real estate agent told us not to report the the pipe to police. There were also security cameras all over the property including INSIDE the house that was NOT disclosed to us. This is creepy and potentially illegal to be recording your tenants inside the home while on vacation. The agent did nothing to resolve the disaster of a rental, nor provide the landlord's contact information to us. Please stay away from Fox Real Estate!

I don't go on vacation often, it's an expensive luxury I can't afford but once every couple years. So I was really looking forward to spending a week at beach in OCNJ with my mom, daughter, grandmother, wife, and brother. We rented a house from fox real estate for $3000, a 6 day rental. It was a beautiful home in the pictures, and I was really expecting it to be top notch. When we arrived, however, my heart sank. Directly next door to our lovely vacation rental was a sprawling new construction project deep into the framing phrase of the job. I immediately knew that it was going to be a difficult week.
