Fox Glen Apartments

My in-laws lived here for many years. They really enjoyed it. The complex is located in a quiet area nearby a river and parks. So many trees! The staff was excellent. Esther Ojo, the manager, helped my in-laws so much whenever they needed assistance. The neighbors were great too. Plenty of easy parking as well. A great choice for my in-laws.

I am a current tenant and I wanna share how much I love this community. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood with a lot of greens. The rent is reasonable and the amenities are updated (they have renovated units). I live on the first floor and half of my unit is underground. It worried me at first, but actually I didn't find any bugs or rodents during the whole year. Also, I have enough sunshine in my unit so I have nothing to complaint about it. As living on the first floor, I can hear people walking sometimes, but it's not loud at all. I think all my neighbors are pretty nice and friendly. My only issue is heating during winter. I think the temperature sensor locates in the living room and living room gets warm quickly. But in my bedroom there's only one vent and not easily warms up. So I have

Booked a tour, which was confirmed by the leasing office. We went at our time and were even early to arrive, but nobody was at the leasing office or answered the phone. We waited and waited and left messages on their voicemail, but no one ever contacted us back. Terrible customer service and management.

I have been a resident here at Fox glen apartment, I love my unit and the neighborhood is very quiet. Property manager always attends to all my needs.

Been here a week. It's so quiet. The park across the street is clean, lots of trees. Neighborhood is quiet, seems like a safe place, friendly people. Love my apt. It's large and updated with stainless steel appliances, laminated floors. No signs of rodents or creepy crawlys! Small repairs requested and Melvin and his crew got it all done efficiently and quickly! Esther is friendly and responsive. I think I'm gonna love it here.
