Fox Crossing

Living at Fox Crossings has been a wonderful experience. The office staff are always vigilant, professional, and genuinely care about residents. They keep the property clean, respond promptly to concerns, and make sure the community stays safe and well-managed. Maintenance is also excellent — they’re respectful, efficient, and fix things correctly the first time. As a parent, I truly appreciate having a safe, family-friendly place where children can play outside and enjoy the community. It gives me peace of mind knowing my family lives in such a clean and secure environment. Fox Crossings truly feels like home.

I love living at Fox Crossing apartments. I am sad I have to go. They have nice, friendly, responsive and helpful management staff. I consistently experienced the best support from Mikayla and Marva. They were both so thoughtful from the beginning to the end of my stay. They have good attitudes and are very knowledgeable, welcoming, warm, and professional. I have lived here for a little over two years now. It’s quiet and clean. The maintenance guys were always polite, fast, and fixed any problem I had like plumbing in a good timely manner. My apartment was pretty spacious. They never had any bug issues. There was always parking. They have fun events and activities for the kids. They always kept us up to date with any changes going on. I've lived here for 9+ years and feel like management doesn't take care of the property like they used to. The parking is crazy -- every other car has expired plates!! Some over a year! They put rules and regs in our lease but don't enforce them. No one seems to monitor the kids playing so they run around the buildings and in the parking lot and mess with people. Mgmt doesn't seem to look at the property; just the office! I wish it was the old management team.

The safety is very bad in this complex. Many cars are stolen even during day time. Teen age stealers almost every night in our complex from 2 am to 6 am. Even you saw them, they will not run and they will keep trying to open your car in front of your eyes since you are not allowed to hurt them.. Just keep watching how they open and steal your car. My neighbor shout on them, so they ran and then come back again and broke his car ‘s door when he call 911. My friend ‘s car are stolen from our complex around 8 pm, in the last two weeks. Daily complaints to our office about stealing or to add security team or gate around our complex, but they just advice you to report it to police without finding solution for their residents. Our office is good only with towing your car if you didn't find visi
