Fox Chase

I lived in these apartments right out of college about 15 years ago. My experience there was wonderful. I lived in a single bedroom with a roommate so we could save money while we worked at Southpoint mall and we had the best time. The staff was friendly, the area is well maintained and it’s just minutes from the mall. I had great memories living there and would recommend anyone in the area to check these out.

This apartment complex and company (Ticon Properties) are simply amazing. The apartments are mostly quiet and the leasing office has very nice people who are very helpful. The location is amazing as it's very close to my work, the Southpoint Mall, shops, and restaurants; and the apartments are very reasonably priced for the area. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking in the area. UPDATE: Upon moving out, I have become displeased with the lack of decent communication. The lack of communication has added more stress and made things more difficult for me to plan for my moving out of the apartment. Also, if you live on the hill, be careful when it's in winter season. They DO NOT clean the parking lot or the sidewalks well so there was still snow and even black ic

It was nice...but they seem to increase the rent with no upgrades to your apartment. The recently painted the outside, so I assume the rent will go up. But if something breaks they do repair it. There are no bugs in the apartment. But the walls are thin and the carpet is really cheap. The closet is a joke. A huge portion of the 1 closet you have is behind a wall that so you can store anything in it. At the end of the day, if you can afford more then look for somewhere that can match your money with some upgrades.

Update: Last night, I put a work order in for a clogged garbage disposal, a ceiling lamp light, and bathroom fan. All 3 were completed before I got home from work at 5.

Peaceful, well-maintained, and priced reasonably for the area. The location is great: less than a mile from restaurants and grocery stores; a couple of miles from the interstate and the Streets at Southpoint; and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Durham. I can't really think of anything negative to say.
