I have lived here for 2 years at this time. Previous reviews here no longer reflect Fox Chase's status. Staff has shown consistent sense of due diligence and responsibility towards residents' situations and needs. Maintenance and administrative personnel are easy to work with and very personable. Good sense of community promoted. The grounds, apartments, and parking are well maintained and pest control services are regular.

I lived in fox chase 3 years and when I tell you the current manager joyce has the most nastiest rudest personality and attitude ever! She makes it hard to stay there! I did report her to corporate because its sad that she greets every one like that. Please be aware

Landlords are behind on taking care of the down trotted. Not everyone is a criminal....Some people may want a place to live before the Lord calls them home... But please teeth to upkeep the old ducts and puppies and the sanitation. Yes o might not have all 4 stove eye covers but i also had to wait near u a year for a new door and. A working a/c... . I don't have much respect of slum lords. My mom lives there and I wish i could change it, but I cannot.
