Fox Chase Apartments

My husband and I have lived at Fox Chase for 4 years now! We love the little community here. Apartments are spacious, dog friendly, the environment is maintained well and we love the pool in the summer! The front office is great and the maintenance crew is top notch. Anything that needs fixed Chad has always been quick to get to it which we appreciate.

We love living at Fox Chase!!! I have lived in this complex for about 4 years now and have had the best experience. Workers and maintenance are always so quick to get back to me to solve any issues. The pool and gym have been great perks. 10/10, I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Ms. Rosalinda Garcia was very informative and patient with me and my many questions on the spot. She was not pushy at all like so many other places my family and I have visited. The apartment we saw was very well put together and you could tell it had just been uploaded which is a plus. I think were gonna be very happy here in the future and have already recommended fox chase to 2 of our family friends.

I had the pleasure of touring the community with Linda, and I was thoroughly impressed. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, offering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Linda conducted the tour with warmth and professionalism, providing a comprehensive overview of multiple apartment options and addressing all of my questions efficiently. The community’s amenities—including the pool, tennis court, 24-hour fitness center, dog park, volleyball court, and basketball court—are outstanding and contribute to an excellent living environment. Overall, this was a highly positive experience, and I look forward to the opportunity to become a resident.

I couldn't believe how nice this place was when I was doing a walk-through. The kitchen was my favorite part! More than enough room and the appliances (that are included) were immaculate. Also, the staff was great as well. I did a walk-through with Miendy and she really was just so sweet! Definitely take your time to look into this property!!!
