Honestly this company deserves less then one star. They were supposed to clean or change carpets when we first moved in and they barley vacuumed them. Out counter tops are peeling up and we’re supposed to be fixed they told us “we are not going to fix that because we don’t have too”. They have been the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. My suggestion is to avoid them and rent from someone else. As they said below the carpet was “professionally” cleaned. These were taken before I even brought my things into the building. These are stains on the carpet from the previous tenants. This was not professionally cleaned in the slightest.

The handyman I interacted with was great and timely. However, the move out fees they’ll take from your security deposit are exorbitant (for instance, they charged me $80 to replace a lightbulb and stove pans, in addition to the cost of those items, since they charge a minimum 1hr fee for someone to do any repairs post move-out). They also charge the tenant every year for new locks. So be weary when it comes to moving out and request a walk through so you don’t get surprise charges.

Overall great experience living here. They made very fair renewal offers, little to no additional monthly fee costs, and maintenance was really quick for being off-site. There were a few hiccups we had along the way, but nothing out of the ordinary for a renters experience. Our unit was also nice and easy to maintain.

Renting from Fowler has been a wonderful, stress-free experience! From the start, their leasing team was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. Their maintenance team has also been very responsive when my garbage disposal was leaking. Overall, one of the best companies I've rented from.

DO NOT rent from this company. We understand that there aren't a ton of great affordable rental options in Boulder, CO but it's worth it to pay additional money if you can avoid renting from them. And in the long run, they will take most if not all of your security deposit no matter what so it may not even be worth the potential savings. At move in our apartment was filthy and covered in dust, leaves, and dog hair. They insisted that they had the unit "professionally cleaned" but at the time refused to show us an invoice to prove that it was cleaned. We had to spend hours cleaning it ourselves before we were able to move our furniture into the unit. Our requests for maintenance work were often not replied to for days and sometimes didn't even result in anyone coming to fix our issues. At
