I've been a tenant at this property for almost five years, and I must say, I am grateful to have lived here. This property is peaceful, community oriented, safe, private and in one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. Huge thank you to all of the staff for their professionalism, diligence, and warmth they bring to this property. If you are thinking of moving here, please do. You'll love it!

This property exceeds expectations! I do not know where to start. The entire property has been beautifully renovated both inside & out. The location is private, peaceful, quiet, safe. Tucked away, yet conveniently located. And the staff, prompt & competent maintenance & best of all is management, Jenny is by far the best property manager in Colorado. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. This is Denver's best kept secret & now you know!

New ownership is horrendous. Jacked up peoples rents by 100% to people who've been living in the area for a decade. They've raised rent on all apartments even if they're not renovated. Landscaping looks horrendous and is overgrown with weeds. On top of this there are no amenities, no central air or heating, no recycling, and the people that keep moving in park in front of the dumpster or turn the parking lots into an auto garage. Used to be a great location but for the price it's not anywhere worth it.

My favorite place I've lived. Quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. Neighbors are kind and courteous. The apartments are CLEAN and renovated so they feel fresh and modern. Candice (property manager) is very nice and always returns calls quickly. Office hours are shorter than most places, but she's aways there within that time and easy to reach. Dave (maintenance) is also super awesome. He's very helpful and although I've had very few maintenance needs in the 2 years I've lived here, he's never taken more than a day to respond and fix whatever it is. You get such a high quality and great value living at the Abbey. It's truly a hidden gem in Glendale.

I'll miss living at this location, it's on a quiet street near the Cherry Creek Trail, Colorado Blvd, Glendale sports complex, and other shops. The units themselves are nice, I had a very modern one due to it just being remodeled, I think some of the others are a bit more retro. The maintenance guys are awesome, super nice and Candice in the office was always great and got back to me. Office hours are limited and I wish there was an online portal but it's nice not to live in a place that's only focused on raising rent and not its people. The walls/floors were a bit thin but the neighbors overall were pretty respectful and responsive to making this a great place to call home.
