My wife and I decided to build our retirement home in 2023. We picked Fournier Custom Homes after considering another builder. We came up with an exterior concept and a basic floor plan, but they were not polished. Steve dramatically improved both the interior and exterior and he added many unique features to our plan. The finished product far exceeded our expectations, and we are very picky. The construction process was managed by Lee. Lee's grasp of the details of the process amazed us. Also, his management of the subs (who are excellent) enabled the build, from lot clearing to CO, to take only 12 months. That time frame is virtually unheard of with custom homes.
