I’m only giving this 5 stars because of Marisol. The way she actually cares, how honest she is, and just how genuine she is made me want to put an application in that same day. I’m not saying everyone else is bad, but she is the real deal. Now I still don’t know where the mailbox is lol, and I did have to find my own apartment, but I have a beautiful, blessed apartment. It’s honestly not like the reviews say — it’s actually better than what they showed or said. I’ve been here for a month now and I have a nice neighbor too.

The property is income restricted which is very important to me because I live on Social Security. The office staff is very professional and explained the qualification criteria thoroughly and referred me to utility resources. I relocated from another state and didn't have furniture and they allowed me to select items from moved out apartments and helped moved the items too. Moving here has been a blessing from God and I give him the glory. The maintenance staff is exceptional and they have long term employment too.

I've lived here for 5 years and yes, there have been some issues BUT nothing that can't be fixed. The maintenance crew are on it! The apartments are older so dont expect anything modern or upgraded. Its all in how you keep up and take care of your place. Rent is affordable. It's quiet. The neighbors look out for eachother so its pretty safe for the most part. The office staff is very nice and attentive and always answer your questions as soon as they can. Courtney and Blanca are exceptional. They're professional and know how to treat their residents. I'm veey happy and at peace here.

We had a smooth and great experience with Marisol Morin. She was very helpful with explaining everything and making sure we understand everything with is being our first time in an apartment.

I moved here in May and have been pleasantly surprised. We’re paying about $200 less in rent than at our last place, yet we enjoy it so much more. I haven’t noticed any pest issues, and they come to spray every month. There’s a small park that’s a bit worn, but my son loves it. Yesterday our AC had a problem that I initially thought might be a fire, and maintenance guys showed up right away. They’ve always been great. This time they even explained exactly what went wrong. The office staff consistently answers the phone and addresses any questions or concerns. For the price we’re paying, the difference compared to Sandcastle Apartments is amazing!!!
