Four Square Fall River

This is a revised review as this property 107 & 121 Winter Street Fall River MA, is no longer owned by Four Square Fall River. My particular apartment had issues when owned by the agency when I lived there, that I am currently working out with them, in the area of repairs to my apartment. I found the listing on Zillow that the property was purchased on 12/08/23, so my issues with the property will hopefully get resolved with the new owners. The property is really beautiful in a nice neighborhood, the lovely family across the street would gather at Christmas and sing Christmas Carols to their Mom on the porch in front from the street :-) . I put a $500 deposit on 5/25 for a 1 bedroom with a large bathroom for $1050. I was told the apt was move in ready. On 6/1 I finally was able speak to someone at the rental office. We scheduled a viewing for 6/4. The apt was on cherry st (not what I applied for, the link I applied for and followed was for 121 winter st). The apt was not finished and not move in ready. The bathroom was so small I’m not sure I would be able to fit in and use. The realtor then said she had another 1 bedroom open. We walked over and looked at it. The bathroom was large and the apt was move in ready. I was then told someone had already put a deposit down on that address. I tried to explain it should have been my deposit as it better fit the description and conversation. She then told me I would lose my $500 dep
