Real Estate agents don't come any better than Cheryl Kerr. Experienced, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and personable, she is precisely the kind of agent I was looking for when I sold my Northeast Kingdom home in 2019. In my experience of buying and selling over a dozen homes in as many states during my lifetime, I haven't worked with anyone that even comes close to Cheryl Kerr. I highly recommend her to your consideration.
Place was amazing...little pricey. I felt like royalty for a night. Bed was so soft, I felt like I was resting on a cloud. I even got a chocolate chip cookie when I checked in. Very cool place.
