I have been living at Four Seasons Apartments for over a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. From the very first visit to the smooth lease renewal process, everything has been handled with professionalism and care. Jessica, the property manager, deserves special praise for her outstanding customer service and excellent management skills. She is approachable, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable and satisfied. Her communication is clear and timely, and she truly makes you feel valued as a tenant. The maintenance staff is also fantastic—always quick to respond, polite, and thorough in resolving any issues. A nice place to stay. In close proximity to my school and my place of worship. A bit of a rusty relationship with the management in my first few months (presumably due to my cultural background from Lagos, NG). But I am close to a year now and I do not regret staying here at Four Seasons. Prompt fulfilling of maintenance requests. I simply like it here.

This is what $990 rent gets you here. They go up on rent every year but haven’t updated anything in the apartment. They will only offer to “resurface your tub or clean your carpet ” . My apartment always smells like marijuana and nothing has been done. People are allowed to be noisy all night and nothing will be done. Even if you have recordings. They will swear they cant hear anything. But when you call the office to tell them your frustrations they can offer you a “warning” . Thats funny ! Or they will act as if you never called. My bathroom ceiling looks horrible because my upstairs neighbors keeps letting her child run bathwater and nothing has been done . Which is a safety hazard. But I guess the money is better. I guess when the ceiling gets worse or fall in they will try to do some

After I toured over 30 apartment complexes in Mobile, I randomly stumbled on this complex on Google and went to give it a tour. I immediately knew I wanted to live here after meeting with Kristin, the property manager, she is the absolute sweetest person. She likes to celebrate every holiday (even Star Wars Day) and is always so welcoming. I lived here for 3 years for school and I loved it! It was very close to campus. Wayne is great at keeping up with maintenance and he is a lovely person. Most of our issues were small (light bulbs, air filter change, wobbly fan) but he always got to it right away. Quiet community, Very Pet friendly, and Pest control was good. I cannot stress how much I loved this place, I will definitely miss it and the people who worked there!

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The price is unbeatable and the location is great. I especially want to say that Michaela who works in the office and Topi the property manager are both top-notch. They helped me along every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for any better. The Four Seasons Apartments are the best and should be your first choice.
