Wish I would have moved in sooner! Super clean and immaculate! Office staff is top notch! Maintenance team is right there if you have any concerns! Definitely a good place to be!

have had ongoing issues at this complex that have not been handled with care or professionalism. A parking-related sign was installed improperly and left leaning close to the ground, which made it easy to remove. It was stolen twice. After the second theft, I was told I would be responsible for paying for cement installation to secure the sign, even though the original installation was not done correctly. In addition to this, I reported being harassed and physically stopped by another neighbor. I was told by the leasing office that this situation “has nothing to do with them” and that they would not be getting involved. There was no concern or empathy shown regarding my safety. I am disabled and found the lack of consideration very upsetting. I have contacted the leasing office multiple

I called and set up a viewing on 10/24/25 at 3:30pm for a 2 bdrm, and 2 bath. When I got there the employee in the leasing office was confused and lost on why I was there. She said she didn’t even have any 2 bedrooms to show or none to move in. I left work early and it was an inconvenience that someone scheduled me for a unit. So unprofessional and a waste of time. Shows this is NOT a truthful or good place to live.

The maintenance man, Dan, is amazing! He worked all day to get my air conditioning working during one of the hottest summers I can remember. He has come out very quickly for emergency maintenance requests multiple times and is very kind and helpful. I am so thankful for his efforts and hard work. Four Pointe is lucky to have him.

My name is DeShonna, I have been at Four Pointe for 7 years. Jeffrey who is new did an outstanding job! My drain was stopped up, and overflowing and after calling emergency line he came and fixed it then came back the next day to add a missing part. Outstanding work! He is one of the best since I’ve been here. Thanks so much!
