Fountainview Apartments

Been staying at Fountainview apartments for the past 6 months. Excellent place to stay. Below are the pros: 1. Neat and tidy rooms. 2. In-house amenities include refrigerator, washer & dryer, cooking stove and, dishwasher. 3. Rooms are spacious enough. 4. One balcony which overlooks the lawn, spacious enough for 2 chairs and a table. 5. Huge lawn - our kids play there in the evenings. 6. Pathway around the lawn where you could do daily walks. 7. Playground with slides and wood chips. 8. Excellent property maintenance - If something goes wrong in the apartment, just raise a job card in the portal and the maintenance team will deal with it in a day or two. 9. Property Manager Ms. Eileen, who performs her duties at the highest quality, stays within the property which makes it very convenient

Fountainview Apartments is a home away from home. My experience since my family moved in has been very positive. Eileen Berman has been very supportive and respond to all situations promptly Permit me to also mention here that Fallstaff school is a great school for any kids. Staff of the school are warm and always ready to assist.

My husband and I have been living in Fountainview since August 2024 and we absolutely it. Our 2BR apartment is spacious for us and our 2 doxies. The location is fantastic, close to most commercial establishments and it’s just 8-min away from the hospital that I work at. The management is always responsive. Eileen, the property manager, is very helpful when we have concerns. Our neighbors are friendly and the community feel is great. I would definitely recommend Fountainview.

The facility is very well maintained, and the landscaping and surrounding nature make the community feel peaceful and inviting. It’s quiet, relaxing, and a great place to come home to. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable. The staff and maintenance team are always helpful and quick to respond. Eileen, the leasing manager, consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and are settling in well. Her support and attentiveness truly enhance the overall living experience. :)
