Dornell was wonderful today when I was able to stop by the property. I had a great experience visiting this community. The property is well maintained, clean, and clearly managed with care. Went here and was going to apply to their 3 bedroom for 1800 because I liked it regardless of price being wrong online Went to apply and it asked for $685 to APPLY. I understand even a few hundred for a application fee maybe, not $685 Called the office 3x to see maybe if I needed an explanation, no answer and emailed, no answer, left voicemail, no answer Guess it was a blessing in disguise not applying or moving here.

Move it was quick and easy. My dog loves the big dog park and the pool is amazing. Also love our new apartment and there’s so much lighting. The restroom and closet is huge. The study is great for my work from home station and gaming room.

Upon arriving for my tour, Tiffany the property manager greeted me and was very helpful and guided me through the process. I saw a 2-bedroom apartment and it was beautiful. The property is very nice, and she was very nice. I will be applying soon.

Fountains of Denton is a great place to live. It is comfortable and inviting. The Property is well-maintained and spotless. And the Staff is the Best!! They made me feel right at home!
