Fountains at Champions

The entire experience was awesome! The process was fast and simple! Danya was get and very knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. The move-in day was smooth. When I went in to view the property Danya gave me the full tour and it was amazing. I applied the same day and got an answer by end of the week!!! The place is everything I could dream of. In the words of “Danya “ Welcome Home”. 🏡

Dayna, which is the manager has given me the welcoming vibe since day 1 of touring the property. Any issues I have, which are not many, Dayna make sure the issues are fixed in a timely manner. I’ve stayed at a few properties prior to living at Fountains, but never had a manager like Dayna who truly cares about the thoughts of the residents as well as the upkeep of the property. Stay far far away. The outside looks of a rigged fake waterfall is nothing like the living conditions of mold, faulty appliances, and the worst is the manager. He doesn’t communicate AT ALL. I moved here almost 5 years ago and once the previous property manager changed everything went downhill. You’ll get false promises to fix things but he won’t. We lived in toxic mold, thick dust that made us sick because the property manager wouldn’t replace the ac vents btw the property manager is also a low budget maintenance man. If you move here they will slap paint to cover mold and mildew and charge a ridiculous amount for rent.

Absolutely Disgusting Management, Stay Away This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I lived here for almost 6 years with no prior incidents and always paid my rent on time. My “thank you”? I was wrongfully evicted simply for calling the police during a domestic violence incident where I was attacked in the middle of the night. Instead of offering safety or support, management slapped me with a 3-day notice to vacate, claiming I “violated protocol” by involving law enforcement. Imagine paying rent on the 1st, only to be kicked out without a refund because you protected yourself from a drunk, armed ex. To make things worse, after forcing me out by August 11th, they are now claiming I owe them over $200 for “re-renting the unit”—even though my lease was already ending

I moved here 6 months ago, I fall in love with this apartment complex the first time I came here. Everything here is amazing and beautiful. I feel comfortable inside or outside. Juan is a nice person, he is friendly and caring. He always make sure that everything goes perfect for us, I barely have issues in my apartment, but whenever we need help for anything, he immediately sends someone to assist us. I feel like I’m home, everybody who had to visit me, always make a good compliment about this place. I highly recommend this place for everyone who loves comfort .
