!!!!! Renting an apartment at The Fontaine has been a complete regret. From start to finish, the management operates in a highly disorganized, unresponsive, and tenant-unfriendly manner. First of all, emails are almost never answered. Despite sending multiple emails, responses are either not provided at all or come only after 3–4 days, and even then, they are incomplete. Most of the questions I ask are simply ignored. Phone calls are never answered either, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone. This shows a complete lack of basic communication with tenants. The on-site manager listed as responsible, Jenn Herrera, is almost never in the office. I have officially filed complaints against you with the relevant authorities, including the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, the Tennessee Attorney General (Consumer Affairs), and the Better Business Bureau. I sincerely hope this situation results in a full investigation into your practices. At the very least, I hope you reconsider your roles, and at most, that a comprehensive audit is conducted and your professional licenses are reviewed or revoked if violations are found. You did not perform your duties ethically, professionally, or in good faith. Please be assured that I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent and will not withdraw until this matter is properly addressed. This is not over.

I had a terrible experience with Fountains at Belle Meade and would strongly advise others to think twice before considering this place. I had a scheduled apartment tour at 9:00 AM and made sure to arrive early at 8:55 AM, even after driving one full hour to get there. To my surprise, the leasing office was completely closed, and not a single staff member was present. There was no sign on the door, no call, no email—absolutely no communication or apology. I waited for a long time, hoping someone would eventually show up, but no one did. This level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone’s time is unacceptable, especially from a place trying to lease apartments. My family and I lived there for three years and it was the worse experience we have ever came across in all of our years. First the office crew has to be the lowest of the lowest. Never respond to calls or emergencies . It is no where near like the pictures they advertise on the website. Our place was never cleaned or had repairs done before we even moved in. There was one problem after another, sewer back up in our bath tub - took two weeks to repair, refrigerator broke down in the hottest part of the summer and took three weeks for new one, washer / dryer drains constantly clogged and breaking down, microwave exploded, the office manager was no help at all she never followed thru on problems. Unresponsive, unprofessional work from the office. Residents deserve more from people they trust with their housing, finances, and immediate plans for the future.
