Fountain Square Apartments

I lived in 3125, on the bottom floor for two years and I have to say that my leasing experience has been very good. Overall there has been no noise because I live on the bottom floor and my neighbors above me are very respectful. I'm sorry for other people who have had terrible experiences with upstairs neighbors. I do not believe that is the fault of the apartment complex but the disrespect of the renters above those units. Maintenance has been absolutely fantastic. I've had a number of things that needed to be replaced or looked at, and they looked at them within 24 to 48 hours. I was never charged a thing for the things that were broken. I am only moving out because I want to move to a more lively place. Not because this place is bad.

It's a nice area and the apartment was spacious. The first year was nice. Upstairs neighbor was loud at times, but not too terrible. Right at the 2 year mark, it quickly became the worst renting experience I've ever had. Rodent issue in the ceiling of my unit. You could hear rodents crawling and scratching above the living room and the bedroom at night. I would wake up at 2AM to rodents crawling above the bedroom. I was expecting their contracted pest control Safeway to help with the issue. Safeway stated they "were not trapping at this time." Instead, the rodent issue was handed off to the maintenence team to trap rodents in my bedroom ceiling for months. The issue was never fully resolved and I moved out. In the beginning it was great, but I don’t think I’ll be renewing my lease next year because the people who live above me in 3100 Unit 4 are very noisy. They are constantly stomping and it’s so bad that my windows rattle. I don’t usually complain but it’s very disturbing. There is a difference between normal walking and constantly stomping, and they don’t have any consideration for my husband and I, especially late at night. Another uncomfortable issue is I like to sleep without my TV on… and not only is the stomping disturbing, you can literally hear when someone is urinating in the toilet which means the ceilings are very thin. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for two years, and my experience has varied drastically depending on the unit. My first year was fantastic. I lived in a unit near the pool, and the building was always clean and well-maintained. The neighbors were quiet, respectful, and overall it felt like a peaceful place to live. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of moving to a different unit near the playground and volleyball court. This building has been a completely different experience. The hallways are frequently dirty, with gum stuck to the walls, bike tire marks, spilled liquids, and trash often left behind—usually from unsupervised children. Despite repeated requests to management to clean the walls, nothing has been done. Noise is also a major issue. Kids are often screaming in the halls

Best apartment I have lived in. Quiet, clean, respectful neighbors, beautiful landscape, responsive maintenance. Also a wonderful park and walking trail nearby. This place is a well-oiled machine that knows how to run apartments. The property manager, Angela, is very kind and helpful. They gave back our entire security deposit when we moved out. No complaints. Highly recommend.
