Fountain Place Apartments

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is a multitude of things wrong with this complex. The buildings are trashy, there's debris left in the lobby and stuff strewn across the floor. Luckily there cleaners that come sometime between Sunday and Monday that do a good job for the most part. And for the big reason for this review, my fiancé's car was broken into and rummaged through. Another big point is if you are black or an interracial couple or any other ethnicity or than Indian STAY AWAY. These people stare and I mean HARD if you are not apart of their circles. We should've left after year one, will definitely be leaving after this year is over.

My overall experience has been very good. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive, and the property is well-maintained. The community is clean, quiet, and safe. I appreciate the timely communication and quick resolutions to maintenance requests.

Fantastic place with lot of storage space and the maintenance team is also very good. Loved the community, walkable to India Store, ALDI, Home goods, Michaels, Sierra, Ulta beauty

I am raised few issues water leaking in bathroom and kitchen from top floor I have raised number of complaints no proper response till date , the maintenance people entered to the house asks for few more days they are not even coming after that to fix the issue. One of bathroom carpet got wet maintenance asked me use fan to dry the carpet instead of fixing the problem

Lived here for 2.5 years and our experience here have been mostly good barring the occasional inconveniences like Triggering of False Alarms, rat entering the apartment, broken side access doors, etc., which could happen elsewhere too. The biggest plus is the location of the apartment and the beautiful trails that traverses the property. The rent we were paying was nominal compared to the other properties nearby. The washer and dryer located inside the apartment is an added advantage. We had to move out on a short notice and we cannot thank Aleica enough for the way in which she patiently addressed all our concerns. She was very co-operative and put our mind to ease answering all our questions and providing prompt responses.
