Let me start by saying, the grounds here and the direct area are unbeatable. 5 min drive from down town. 10 from the beach. The complex is super safe, never have any worries at all. I’ve lived here over a year. I started in a 2 bedroom 3rd floor. I moved downstairs to a 2/1 because days after moving in the elevator broke. ( took almost 8 months to fix). With the new apt, I went from a 1 floor to a 2 floor, same sq ft, my rents just went up 1000 a month. I was told there was a washer and dryer in here. That was false. I was told they were going to put one in, it’s been almost 5 months, that’s false. Cosmetically on all of the apartments and neglecting the fact that the building is falling apart from the hurricane last year There’s shingles from the roof on the ground there’s holes in the r

My husband and I are having our home built and needed to find a temporary apartment quickly. We have been pleased with the cleanliness and service by the manager Jonathan and his maintenance crew. Jonathan pays particular attention to the needs and safety of the residents and responds promptly to our requests and/or inquiries. For an older apartment complex, it is well maintained. The courtyard and pool are kept up which creates a nice environment.

I have recently moved into the complex within the past couple months, so far my experience has been great. The court yard is beautiful with an exceptionally large pool, grills, and picnic areas. They allow pets which is great and there is even a nice pond out back where we can play with and walk our dog. The units are surprisingly large, very clean and well kept. All in all the complex is beautiful and well maintained which is surprising considering its age. The property manager Jonathan and his staff are super friendly and helpful. Throughout the application process Jonathan was very helpful, friendly, and most importantly he was consistent and always got back to us. We all know that moving can be very stressful however Jonathan’s help and assurance really helped relieve a lot of that str

I've been living here for about 6 months now and it's been wonderful! Jonathan the property manager has always helped in any way he can and promptly taken care of any maintenance needed. There have been many improvements made to the property in the short time I've been here including a new roof, all with good notice and updates throughout the process. I highly recommend living here if you're looking for a quiet, pet friendly place only a short ride from downtown.

I met with Jonathan in the office, and he was very welcoming and accommodating in showing me the apartment and explaining the application process to me! The apartment was beautiful and really clean, but unfortunately they don’t have any available at the moment. I’ll be waiting for an apartment to become available, and they were helpful and accommodating in showing me around without taking my money like other places. The pool is awesome and the courtyard is a hidden gem in St. Pete. Can’t wait for an apartment to open up.
