Good place decent neighbors bad neighborhood. Luxury feeling but you will hear your up stairs neighbors like they are in the same room I mean every step or thing they say. Beyond that though really nice
Do not rent at Fountain Brook in Richmond or with MNM in general. Very unsecured payment processing system, disappointing customer service. I want to like it here, the apartments alone aren’t too terrible

Nice community, convenient to the highway. Updated look. Just 5 miles from Buc-ees.
