Foundry Square

They took my elderly disabled mother to court over late payment. The case was thrown out because THEY GOT THE DUE DATE WRONG. This is a disgusting place run by disgusting humans and I feel sorry for anyone that finds themselves living here. Get out before their clerical errors land you in court.

Working with the foundry was an absolutely stress FREE process. I really really appreciate Vanessa!!! She is AMAZING!!!!! I submitted my application with her Thursday and she was able to get me sign my lease by the following Wednesday. I was struggling bad as a single mother and she even helped me find a better unit for my budget. Very quick responses, a stress free process and they are all very kind. Thank you foundry. And thank you so much Vanessa!!! You’re a real life miracle, my family is so thankful for you!!! Beautiful and quiet properties, amazing staff, quick responses. All around very happy to call you guys home.

Well I've been living at Foundry Square Apartments since 7/5/25 n enjoy it very much. It's quiet everybody's friendly. It's wonderful community to live in n n I guess the only drawback I have is parking. I don't own a vehicle but I do have regular family who visit weekly so it's very inconvenient. Other than parking It's great place to live u just have to b prepared to move ur vehicle daily n if u have 2 vehicles ull park 1 in local garage or on street whichever is more convenient for u. But it's great place to live. Pet friendly. Well blended re nationality. What else can I say. It's great place to live.

Run by some profoundly awful people. Taking the elderly to court over a mistake management made is extremely low.

I signed the contract in August. They gave me the apartment without cleaning it. The refrigerator had bugs in it. I can't cook, the stove doesn't work. The dishwasher doesn't work because the door doesn't close properly. The wooden floor is loose and a blue stain comes out of one part. The patio door is hard to open. It's hard to plug something in because it feels like they're stuck. I called by phone several times, sent a letter for repairs and nothing. The maintenance service is very bad. They don’t care. I recommend before sing in check everything in the apartment because you sing in and forget about the repair.
