Very disappointed with management’s response to recent events. Multiple vehicles in the parking garage had their wheels stolen and were left on blocks. In response, residents received a generic email suggesting we “lock our cars,” which is irrelevant and frustrating when the issue is organized theft, not unlocked doors. Given the premium rent and paid garage access, residents reasonably expect a higher standard of security. The recent thefts demonstrate a clear failure to meet that standard. To make matters worse, management has been power washing the garage during below-freezing temperatures, creating icy and unsafe conditions for residents. This shows a serious lack of judgment and concern for safety. For the amount of rent charged here, residents deserve proactive security measures,

Living at Foundry has been a wonderful experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, the facilities are modern and beautiful, and the amenities especially the gym, pool, and common areas—make everyday living feel elevated and comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, which truly makes a difference. I highly recommend Foundry to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to call home.

Got charged twice and they gave 0 answers other than contact your bank. Regardless that you have to process the payments through their app (which doesn’t really work to be honest). I really hope you never move here, unless you have the money to pay rent twice.

I moved to this apartment complex because of the location and facilities. I was so excited when I moved in until 2 months in that I started having leaks around the hall that connects with the bedroom and bathroom. The wood floor started to turn black and mold growing. I reported that the first time mid 2022 and they didn’t fix the issue until November. The maintenance person finally got to the root cause, water coming from the shower that was leaking to the hall. However it is January 2023 and the floor is still black, all nasty and they haven’t changed it..they keep ignoring the issue. Now I have a new issue, a leak coming from upstairs to my shower!!!! Since we got new management it’s been a downward spiral. Not worth the price anymore. I started living here July 2021 and my experience was fantastic. Staff members hosted socials, remembered your name, and promptly followed up with requests. Until a few months ago, when the management was completely changed. The new staff members split their time between two apartment buildings, so they barely have time / resources to support the residents here. They progressively reduced their in-office hours, are rarely in the office when they are supposed to be available, and don’t respond to emails. Someone’s tires got stolen out of our gated & guarded garage, and residents didn’t get a single email about it from our property management nor what they would do to prevent it from happening again.
