if I could give 6 stars I would. I recently bought my first home and for a first time home buyer, the whole process can seem pretty overwhelming. However, Avery was my loan officer and he made the whole process look easy and explained things to me so that I could easily understand. Not only were they able to get me a fantastic interest rate, Avery and the team at Foundation Mortgage genuinely care about their clients and they will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things are done right. Avery did his job so well that from my perspective, buying a house was as easy as using the self checkout register at Walmart. I will never use anyone else!

Jake Fleshman and Eric Williamson were my mortgage team, and a team they were! Jake was able to get me a very favorable interest rate and Eric worked very closely with me during the entire mortgage underwriting process. He was responsive, professional and courteous.
