Foundation Appraisals

This place is an absolute joke! So many errors in our report. Couldn't even get the number of stories right! Deducted $175k off our home for 'depreciation' but said total repairs would only cost 1-2k! Took a picture of our garage attic & listed it as the attic in our home! Our lender selected these jokers. If your lender tries to use them, demand another appraiser! You'll regret it if you don't. Wish I could give them negative stars!!

Our experience was similar to most others. From car door to car door was 15 minutes. They were more or less sprinting through the home. The dimensions they provided in the appraisal were incorrect, they stated the basement had no access from the outside but include photos of the walkout, referenced boundaries for our neighborhood that are in the adjacent county on the other side of the river over a half hour away, and couldn't even get the flooring type correct. Their appraised $/sq.ft. value was 65% of the value of the lowest comp they provided. They refused to change their appraisal even after being presented with the errors and the math to document the difference from the comps they provided. Here for 15 minites. Many mistakes in appraisal. Even after admitting to mistakes, refused to update value or comps to be more in align to actual home. Received 2nd appraisal 3 weeks later to get a 2and opinion. Valued the property significantly higher. Stay away.
